Former PSG and OM player Modeste M’Bami died at 40

Former Cameroonian international, former midfielder Modeste M’Bami died this Saturday morning.

Cameroonian Modeste M’Bami, who arrived in France in 2000 at the age of 17, died this Saturday morning following a heart attack at the age of 40.

Arrived at Sedan (2000-2003), the former midfielder then landed at Paris Saint-Germain (2003-2006) before leaving for Olympique de Marseille (2006-2009). After freelancing abroad, Modeste M’Bami ended her career in Le Havre (2014-2016).

Also a former Cameroon midfielder, he had 39 caps between 2000 and 2009 with his country.
