This woman filed a complaint on January 2 and accuses the 39-year-old athlete of touching in a Barcelona nightclub, the Catalan regional police said. According to the local press, the alleged facts would have occurred in a famous nightclub in the city, on the night of December 30 to 31.

The Pumas club (Mexican football first division) terminated the player’s contract on Friday, “for a justified cause”said its president Leopoldo Silva without further details during a press conference convened the same day.
